Press release: Ploum Rotterdam Law Firm starts anniversary year with appointment of two new partners
The Rotterdam law firm Ploum, has appointed Alexandra Danopoulos (administrative law) and Sabin Tigu (Intellectual Property) as partner as of 1 January 2020. In doing so, the firm, which celebrates its 25th anniversary in 2020, is taking another step in the course focused on growth, rejuvenation and innovation.
Commenting on the appointments Rutger Ploum, managing partner said: “We are proud to welcome such ambitious and dedicated lawyers to the partnership. With Alexandra’s arrival in May last year, we strengthened the administrative law department already. Sabin, after pursuing a career as a professional tennis player, has climbed the ranks in our firm. This promotion builds on the growth of our Intellectual Property Team which was strengthened with the arrival of Yvonne Hamerling (senior trademark attorney) and Sophie Schneiders (trademark attorney) last year. Such a strong IP Team in our firm supports an even stronger independent position of our firm in the market. Both new partners have proven to be a great asset to our firm and our clients.”
