Energy & Natural Resources: band 4
Transactional team with expertise across both oil and gas and renewable energy mandates. Scope of expertise covers M&A deals, contracts and network registration. Regularly acts for both domestic and international energy companies. Provides a wide scope of service through its integration with the firm’s environmental and planning, public procurement, and regulatory departments. Has recently strengthened its ability in commercial contracting with new hires.

Assists insurers, insured parties, brokers and municipalities.

Represented SAAone in a dispute with its all-risks insurers after coverage was denied because of a late notification of an incident in one of its building pits.
Natalie Vloemans handles coverage litigation within the construction, logistics and industrial sectors, advising on technical damage insurance, as well as property damage, product recall and D&O liability.
